As summer draws to a close, days in the sun will be traded for cozy nights indoors. Lucky, for us, Anthropologie has teamed up with fabric designer Liberty (the print masters that brought us those killer Nike floral) just in time to create a stunningly colorful fall/winter collection that will brighten your home when the dreary months hit. While you’ll have to wait ‘til August 14 for the full launch of wares, which range from $14 to $3,998, to hit stores, you can take a peek at our faves in the meantime, then shop select items/pre-orders here . Happy hunting!
Amoret Swivel Chair in Feather Bloom ($1,568): We’ve found our new favorite reading chair in this spinning velvet Amoret design, which comes fully assembled.
Tasmin Dining Table ($398) and Tasmin Dining Chairs ($198 each): Who says woodwork has to be boring? This American ash set is anything but, thanks to its lacquered, flora finish. A word of advice, though: Take care with liquids to keep the finish from damage!
Mabelle Floral Teapot ($98): Tea fans will go gaga for this beautiful hand-decaled porcelain teapot, crafted in Portugal, which draws inspiration from 17th and 18th century Indian designs and has been a Liberty staple since 2007.
Embroidered Floral Bloom Duvet ($248-288): Transform your ratty old comforter into a showroom-ready bedspread with this bright button-closure duvet in a blend of berries, petals, and leaves that can be machine washed with ease.
Wiltshire Berry Oven Mitt ($14) and Wiltshire Berry Pot Holder ($14): The biggest fear in buying this adorable matching oven mitt and pot holder set is getting it dirty when things get heated in the kitchen, but not to fret — the cotton fabric can be thrown right into the wash along with the rest of your laundry!
Liberty for Anthropologie Floral Pillows ($78): A statement throw pillow is all you need to add an element of cheer to your current living room sitch.
Pied-a-Terre Sofa in Strawberry Thief Green ($2,998): At nearly $3,000, this gorgeous sofa is definitely an investment piece. They say you get what you pay for, however, and with Danish and French elements of design to give it an antique feel plus a hypo-allergenic, down-feather seat, it certainly boasts the quality to back up its steep price tag.
Mabelle Floral Sugar Pot ($58): Grab a spoonful of sugar (pun intended!) from this floral sugar pot to match your new tea pourer.
Jacquard-Woven Napkin Set ($24): This set of four woven cotton table linens are also machine washable, making them both practical AND pretty.
Monogram Hooks ($18 each): Hang your bags and jackets in style with these adorable monogram hooks, whose patterns vary from letter to letter. They’ll require a little elbow grease to hang, but the pop of color they’ll add to your wall will be well worth it.
Angelina Sofa in Geometric Floral ($2,498): This classic and elegant garden-print sofa has removable brass legs and a comfy foam seat that’s practically begging you to stretch out on it!
Grand Bazaar Apron ($32): Cooking just got a whole lot more festive with this screen-printed apron (inspired by the bright atmosphere of a Turkish market) to make you feel plenty alive as you whip up sweet treats in the kitchen.
Bixby Chair in Strawberry Thief Blue ($1,198): This yoke-back chair has a kiln-dried hardwood frame, maple legs, and a foam core cushions to comfortably sink into. Yet it’s the eye-catching print, which features birds exploring a tropical setting, that really makes it stand out in a room.
Edlyn Bench in Feather Fan ($798): Brighten any entryway with the help of this feather fan bench, which recalls the bright feathers of a peacock in its bunched print. Alternately, you can remove the brass legs for to instantly convert it into the perfect window seat — the choice is yours!
