Lily Aldridge Is Pregnant and Expecting Baby #2!
Lily Aldridge is going to be a mom of two! The Victoria’s Secret Angel revealed this weekend that she’s pregnant and expecting her second child with husband Caleb Followill.
“SURPRISE,” the 32-year-old model captioned a smiling bikini selfie showing her growing baby bump. She used a string of happy-face dancing-hands emojis to excitedly share the news with her followers.
The new baby will join big sister Dixie Pearl, 6, whom the couple welcomed in June 2012. So far, Aldridge hasn’t shared a due date for baby number two.
Aldridge and Followill, who fronts the popular rock band Kings of Leon, first met over a decade ago in June 2007, when KOL played the annual Bonnaroo music festival in Tennessee. They got engaged in September 2010 and married at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California, in May 2011. “It was a perfect day,” Followill told People of the intimate ceremony.
Two years ago, when the couple celebrated their fifth anniversary, Aldridge posted a sweet and candid photo from their wedding day, showing her and Followill sharing a dance and a kiss.
Although the couple largely keeps their personal life out of the spotlight, Aldridge shares the occasional family snapshot on social media. Just one day before making her pregnancy announcement, she posted a sweet family photo showing her, Followill, and Dixie Pearl sitting on a cow statue in front of a hay bale at Tennessee’s Wilson County Fair.
