Lily Collins Rocked a Seriously Adorable New Hairdo at Cannes
At this year’s Cannes Film Festival, we’ve seen plenty of celebs pushing the (hair) envelope, like Salma Hayek donning a candy-pink wig. Lily Collins has also had a busy week proving that she can rock just about any hairstyle.
She sported a tousle of loose, slightly messy shoulder-length curls that gave us serious Jennifer Grey circa Dirty Dancing vibes at the Netflix party.
Then, the actress went full-on contemporary glam at the Okja premiere, with bone straight, sleek hair and a middle part. Collins owned both styles.
But, Collins wasn’t about to leave the film festival without one final look. She debuted some Audrey Hepburn-esque bangs in a pic on Instagram that she captioned: “Going out with a bang…” Can we just award her the title of Cannes Hair Chameleon (it’s not an actual award, but it should be)?
The Okja star’s new look comes courtesy of celeb stylist Jen Atkin (yep, the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s BFF and hair whisperer) and was done in preparation for the the film’s press conference. Atkin created the fringe with faux bangs and completed the ‘do with an elegant French roll. Collin’s kept her makeup classic with a sweeping winged eyeliner and red lip.
But faux bangs is amateur hour for the actress who’s used to taking coif risks — after all, she dyed her mane fire-engine red while filming Okja in Korea! With such an impressive portfolio, we seriously can’t wait to see what’s next.
