Sara Happ’s Plump and Prime ($28) relies on a mix of spheres and lipids to fill in wrinkles and add more definition, all in the name of a fuller pucker without the ouch. “It’s like really good fat that your lips also know how to drink up,” Happ explains. “Like Spanx for your lips.”
