Lucy Hale Is All of Us Trying a Bubble Mask for the First Time
Bubble masks are hardly anything new. The Korean beauty treatment has been around (and all over Instagram) for a while now, but not everyone has actually tried the marshmallow style mask. On Wednesday, Lucy Hale took to Instagram Stories, where she shared her first time trying out a bubble mask. And the reaction? Well, the Pretty Little Liars star is all of us.
“You guys, I thought that this was a scam,” Hale, 28, said. “I had no idea it was going to bubble up this much. If you listen closely, you can hear it bubbling.”
She tried out Elizavecca Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask ($10), which is made with carbonated water, green tea, mud, and charcoal powder. Upon application, the treatment begins to bubble and expand as it works to remove dirt and absorb oil.
As confusing as it was initially, Hale loved the results. “I’m going to do this every day,” she said. “It’s just too fun.”
