Talk about a fab collab. The Inside, makers of oh-so-chic customized contemporary home furnishings, and Maisonette, e-tailer extraordinaire of hip children's clothing, furniture, and decor, have teamed up to present one crazy-cool line of children's home furnishings. From a headboard in Maisonette's signature doodle print to club chairs and settees in stripes and fun patterns, the collection is sleek and modern yet whimsical and childlike as well. In other words, we want it all.
"We adore what Maisonette is doing in the kids' space, and share the same belief that kids’ furniture should be playful, accessible, and able to keep up with their ever-changing styles," Christiane Lemieux, CEO and founder of The Inside, tells Brit + Co. "We’ve mixed Maisonette branding with The Inside’s ability to customize to truly create a bespoke and adorable kids’ furniture line."
Lemieux says the goal was to create pieces that little ones wouldn't outgrow. "With kids, we’re thinking about longevity; the best designs span from the baby years to the teen years," she says. "With the Maisonette collection, I think we accomplished that perfectly. It feels friendly enough for a small child’s room but timeless as they grow older."
