Major Office Envy Alert: Go Inside Man Repeller’s Workspace
When we look to the Internet for fashion advice, we sometimes sift through site after site without ever finding what we’re looking for. But thankfully, we can at least rest assured that in a landscape of over-the-top sequins and totally out there dresses, Leandra Medine, aka the Man Repeller, will be there to give us some solid advice. And it should come as no surprise that in order to immerse herself properly in styling trends, Medine has to have a workspace that reflects her unique approach to fashion and inspires her enough to oversee her famous blog each day.
Medine got into blogging when she began keeping a journal while studying abroad in Paris (um… jalouse!). The habit stuck, as did her love for niche topics and looking at style in a unique way. Eventually, that passion became Man Repeller, and soon Medine was raking in money from what had started as a fun side project.
Her gorgeous office in NYC is organized, open and bright with a fun attitude that includes Thirsty Thursdays (plus plenty of wine) and lots of birthday cupcakes. Fueled by hazelnut coffee, Medine and her five-person team churn out the stories and fashion photo shoots we know and love.
It’s easy to see the bright, fun flare from Man Repeller reflected in this colorful space designed by Homepolish. With plenty of gorgeous fashion-inspired accessories to go around, we have to say we’re a little jealous of this office (though we still have lots of #britpride for our home digs).
Want to bring a little Man Repeller appeal into your own pad? The site’s illustrator, Charlotte Fassler, teamed up with One Kings Lane to collaborate on a collection of enviable wall art. We’ll be keeping an eye on whether or not they bring ’em back!
