Markus Lupfer Just Debuted *the* Most Extra Hairstyles on the Runway in London
New York Fashion Week may be over, but London Fashion Week is still going strong, and already, we’ve found our new favorite trend. The look came courtesy of German-born designer Markus Lupfer’s runway show, when he sent a bevy of models down the runway donning a string of diamonds down their center parts.
Making for a perfect complement to the insanely long earrings models wore (not unlike the ones Hailey Baldwin debuted on the Zadig & Voltaire runway), the jewel-encrusted look gave us a glamourous reminder than diamonds really ARE a girl’s best friend.
Self-proclaimed “hair unicorn” Tina Outen was behind the gorgeous creations, using plenty of Bb. Curl Conditioning Mousse ($13) to get the perfect, modern wet-looking part before applying the bling.
Though she didn’t reveal exactly what she used to place the diamanté crystals on so perfectly, it looks like with a little ingenuity and a steady hand, this is one style we could easily recreate at home for an instant touch of glam.
BRB, we’re going to practice!
