Michael Bublé Just Revealed the Sex of Baby #3 With Wife Luisana Lopilato
It’ll be a girl for Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato! The Canadian crooner revealed the sex of the couple’s third child in a new interview with Irish radio show Today FM, according to ET.
“I got my first little girl coming in three weeks, and I’ve actually never said that before in public,” Bublé told host Ian Dempsey. “I’ve got a daughter coming.”
The couple are already parents to two boys, four-year-old Noah and two-year-old Elias. They first shared that they were expecting again back in April.
The happy news comes nearly two years after a particularly challenging time for the family. In November 2016, Bublé and Lopilato revealed that then-three-year-old Noah had been diagnosed with cancer. Fortunately, he has since been given a clean bill of health. Bublé took a break from the public eye throughout his son’s illness but returned to the spotlight a few months later to receive the National Arts Centre Award in Ottawa from the Governor General of Canada.
“I stand here truly humbled that I have been allowed to be one of your musical representatives and that you would choose to bestow this honor upon me during what has been an emotionally difficult time for my family,” Bublé said at the time.
When the family announced that their son was on the mend, Lopilato shared some important perspective that they had gained through the ordeal. “When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes,” she said in a press conference from their part-time home of Argentina. “It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today.” Congrats to the growing, healthy family!
