Mila Kunis’s Juicy Couture TV Show Will Give You Major Fashion Flashbacks
If you ever find yourself thinking, “I miss the days of wearing neon pink velour tracksuits with words written across my butt,” (and haven’t we all!) this news will make your day. Fresh off the nostalgia wave that was Katy Perry‘s Bump-It at the Golden Globes, we’ve also learned that the iconic Juicy Couture tracksuit will be getting its own TV show — sorta. Mila Kunis’s Orchard Films is producing a half-hour TV comedy, Made in LA, about Juicy’s founders, Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor.
The show, said to be about “friendship and fashion,” (aw!) is based on how Skaist-Levy and Nash-Taylor’s original $200 investment into the company led to a $50 million sale (and, of course, the takeover of mall fashion), as detailed in their memoir The Glitter Plan. Gossip Girl‘s Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage will helm the show as well, but no word on whether Paris Hilton is available to star.
