Miranda Kerr Did Her Own Makeup for Her Wedding and Just Gave a Tutorial
As a supermodel and the founder of KORA cosmetics, Miranda Kerr has picked up quite a bit of makeup know-how. In fact, Kerr just revealed that she DIY-ed her flawless face for one of the most memorable days of her life: her wedding!
After finally giving us our first glimpse of her breathtaking, Grace Kelly-inspired Dior gown, the 34-year-old is breaking down her wedding-day beauty secrets for us, and can we just say, wow. As with her dress, the mother of one said she wanted her look to be “very simple and timeless,” and from the looks of things, girl nailed it. What’s more — she’s walking us through the process for achieving her stunning look, step by step, via video.

After cleansing and misting her face all over with Kora Organics Balancing Rose Mist ($34), Kerr says she used her NuFace Trinity Facial Toning Device ($325) in areas like her brow arch, her jaw, and her cheekbones to lift the skin by way of “micro-current technology.”
Once she was all smoothed out, the supermodel turned to Kora Organics Noni Glow Oil ($68), which she says she uses “morning and night religiously” for its antioxidant power, mixed with soothing moisturizer for her makeup base. From there, it was onto Suqqu’s lightweight foundation ($71) (available for purchase in the UK only), which she “painted on” with a brush.
Next up, it was rms beauty un cover-up concealer ($36), which the makeup maven says is also “very lightweight,” to cover up any would-be flaws (psh!), before she busted out the product she calls her obsession: blush. Kerr opted for La Prairie Cellular Radiance Cream Blush in Rose Glow ($70) to give her that blushing bride flush (natch), also applying it to her lids to “make the eyes pop, see?”
Following it up with a swipe of Laura Mercier’s Lip Pencil in Baby Lips ($25) and Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm ($33), she moved onto her brows with a swipe of Glossier’s Boy Brow ($16) before applying some Tom Ford Cream and Powder Eye Color shadow ($62) “to brighten the eye.”
A quick curl of the lashes and some Lancôme Hypnose Custom Volume Mascara ($28) later, and she was ready for the finishing touch: Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Walk of Shame ($34) — “I’ll be doing a walk down the aisle,” Kerr jokes — topped with Amazing Grace ($34).
And there you have it! Everything you’ll need to recreate her wedding day visage, a look that instantly doubles as the perfect summer inspo. “Everything I’ve used is very lightweight and glowy,” she says. Now, if only we had her cheekbones…
