Boy, am I growing! In every direction! At first, I must be honest, I had a very hard time coming to terms with my changing body. I had always prided myself on being healthy from the inside out and it was difficult not labeling my pregnant body "fat". But as time has gone on, I have come to appreciate what my body is ACTUALLY doing. Don't get me wrong, I still look at myself in the mirror every day in disbelief about the fact that my boobs are now triple d's or that when I look down, I can't see my feet, etc., but I remind myself I'm growing a gift and this gift needs room to grow. Just as we all do. Happy Thursday everyone! 👗: @elizandjames 👠: @laurencedacadeparis Ring & earrings: @sophiemonet 📷: @jensimonphoto

3. Whitney Port admits that pregnancy has changed her self-confidence, and not for the better. In a new interview on the LadyGang Podcast, Port admitted that she couldn’t wait for her pregnancy to be over, not least of all because of how it’s affecting her confidence — and her love life. “It is so not for me! It’s not,” Port says when talking about intimacy with her husband Tim Rosenman during the pregnancy. “I feel so uncomfortable with my body that I can’t get into the mood. Like, I can’t feel sexy.” Port recently said on Instagram that it was a struggle for her to accept her changing body at first, but she’s learning to embrace the new curves and appreciate the work her body’s putting in RN. A lot of you have been asking where Lamby is these days since he's always been the star of my gram and I've been posting pics of my poodle girls. Well, you know honesty is my jam but this one has been really heartbreaking to talk about. But I feel I have to share that last March, after four years of challenging behavior and aggression that could not be treated with training or medication or consistent loving dog ownership, Lamby went to live at an amazing professional facility in Los Angeles @matt_thezendog where an awesome person named @therealdanishay (who is educated in a rescue dog's specific trauma) loves him so hard. Lamby suffered terrible abuse as a pup that made having him in a typical home environment dangerous to him and others- we needed to be responsible to ourselves, our neighbors and especially our beloved boy. Jack and I will miss him forever but sometimes when you love something you have to let it go (especially when it requires tetanus shots and stitches.) Someday I'll really write about the pain and relief of letting Lamby go off and really be Lamby, biting and peeing in his own mouth and all. There were so many lessons in it, about forgiving myself and loving with an open palm and giving in to a larger plan. Shout out to @jennikonner for listening to endless hours of Lamby pain, and especially my partner @jackantonoff for loving him even when he ruined floors and couches and our life. Jack knows what Lamby means to me and he let me come to the decision in my own time even when it made his days challenging. Susan & Karen will never be my first loves, but they are fuzzy and hilarious stuffing for the hole Lamby left and we cherish them deeply ❤️#lamby #thefirstcutisthedeepest #foreverlamb PS If you have a similar situation, please know its possible to responsibly re-home your rescue rather than sending them back into the shelter system. It can require patience, diligence and often a financial contribution but there are solutions that leave everyone happy and safe. You will always have been your dog's first stop outside shelter life and that's beautiful.

4. Lena Dunham reveals why she had to get rid of her beloved dog. Remember Lamby? If you follow Dunham on IG, you’ll know that the floofy li’l white pup, once the star of Dunham’s pics, has been MIA for a while now. It turns out, Lamby’s behavioral problems were insurmountable, and he’s been sent to a loving home more able to accommodate his challenges. “Last March, after four years of challenging behavior and aggression that could not be treated with training or medication or consistent loving dog ownership, Lamby went to live at an amazing professional facility in Los Angeles,” Dunham says.

She goes on to explain some of the problems, such as biting, urination and damage caused by his behavior, and says that ultimately he was dangerous to himself and others in an apartment building. Dunham emphasizes the importance of responsibly rehoming rescue pets if needed, and says one day she might write about the experience, and the “lessons in it, about forgiving myself and loving with an open palm and giving into a larger plan.” Aw.

5. The latest round of emojis is here! The latest round of emojis was made available just yesterday, and the update makes good on the mermaids and breastfeeding images we first heard about earlier this year. Yes! Other updates include a long-overdue hijab emoji, super cute new dinosaur and porcupine emojis, and a head-exploding emoji, for all your mindblowing goss sessions. (via Emojipedia)

6. Quote of the day: “I was always a junk food person, still am.” Dolly Parton with the most relatable quote ever, and we share it in celebration of #NationalOnionRing day!
