Since the very first ceremony in 1992, MTV has awarded "Best Kiss" to the couple (or in some cases, threesome) with the best on-screen lip-lock. Some are funny, some are steamy, some are just plain romantic — but all of them are unforgettable. Click through to see every winner from 1992 to today.
