We’re totally not tuning into Sunday’s MTV VMAs to see how many times our fave musician hits the stage to accept a Moonman. We’re really planning on watching the show to check out all the OMG moments, find out who Taylor Swift shows up with and get inspo for DIY red carpet recreations. You know, the essentials ;)
That’s why we wanted to find out who streaming services Spotify and Pandora believe will take home an armful of Moonmen this weekend. Check out their predictions below, then adjust your VMAs ballot accordingly.
Spotify’s VMA Predictions
Spotify’s predictions were determined by which artists and songs have been most listened to by the 75 million users on the streaming service. Clear frontrunners include Ed Sheeran and Fetty Wap, whose “Trap Queen” comes out on top of all the nominees as Spotify’s most streamed song from the bunch (does that count as a win?!). If you’re trying to blast all the VMA-nominated tunes on repeat pre- and post-show, check out Spotify’s MTV VMA nominees playlist. After you check out the predictions below, of course ;)
