It was only a month ago when NARS made the biggest beauty move of the year by releasing 40+ revamped nail lacquers, news that sent us and other polish fanatics into a full-on frenzie. So just when we thought we couldn’t be any more nuts about the cosmetics brand, NARS drops another mega line for its fall ’14 campaign, and this time around, it’s an assortment of 40 lip shades. Once again, there’s so much to swoon over.
The Audacious Lipstick Collection celebrates 20 years of high-impact hues from the brand, all of which started with a 12-shade lipstick set launched by founder and creative director François Nars. This new collection of lip shades features its distinctive moisturizing and volumizing formula in 40 full-coverage colors that range from the rich berries and frosty nudes you’d expect from a fall line to lighter, brighter lilacs, pinks and corals. That means there’s a tube in here for every mood and every occasion, no matter what the season.
The entire collection will be available starting September 1st, but while most hues will be available at NARS stores and online, several shades will be sold exclusively at Barneys. So even though you’ll have to do a little extra plotting to determine where to snag your favorite shades ($32 each), scroll down to be assured that it’s totally worth the hunt.
