Netflix Just Released the First Pics of Orlando Bloom and Dave Franco in Easy
Netflix is undeniably on fire right now with must-see shows like Stranger Things (second season confirmed, yaaas!) and the return of the Gilmore Girls, not to mention a new take on Anne of Green Gables and the $100 million Royal family-based series. Striking while the iron is hot, the streaming masters are bringing us another new show that’s sure to be an absolute fave. How could it not be, with a handful of Hollywood’s hottest making up the cast? We’re talking Orlando Bloom, Dave Franco and Emily Ratajkowski, just to name a few. Also featuring Malin Akerman, Jake Johnson, Marc Maron, Hannibal Buress, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Aya Cash, Jane Adams and Elizabeth Reaser among others (wowza!), we’re told that Easy will have its cast taking on love, sex, tech and culture in Chicago.
If that sounds like your cup of tea (or you’re just willing to watch anything with Orlando Bloom in it), then you’ll be thrilled to find out that those behind the new eight-episode comedy from Drinking Buddies director Joe Swanberg have just given us a peek into the on-screen fun and, oh my, it certainly looks interesting. All kinds of interesting.
Described as an anthology series, we’ll be following the various trials and tribulations the characters face in their sure-to-be-difficult lives when Easy premieres on September 22.
