Netflix’s Newest Original Series Looks Super Steamy
You know that, um, revealing photo of Orlando Bloom that recently made its way around the Internet? Well, it looks like that may have been some guerilla-style marketing for his newest Netflix series. Okay, probably not (but maybe?). In any case, the streaming company just released the trailer for their upcoming series Easy, and damn, y’all. It looks like it’s going to be their steamiest one yet.
Easy focuses on the modern and insanely complicated world of relationships and dating in the 21st century. Netflix writes, “It’s an anthology series from creator Joe Swanberg that explores diverse Chicago characters as they fumble through the modern maze of love, sex, technology and culture. Don’t expect any Sex and the City-type meet-cutes here. Instead, we’re talking: Tinder, bad dates and the endless confusion of romantic texting.”
The eight-episode show has quite the line up too. A few cast members include Orlando Bloom, Malin Åkerman, Marc Maron, Dave Franco, Emily Ratajkowski and Broad City’s Hannibal Buress. It also includes a whole bunch of other actors who you probably don’t know the names of but when you see them you’ll be like “Oh yeah, that dude!”
But like we mentioned, this one looks like it’s going to get hot and heavy. So, this maybe isn’t the new popular Netflix show to turn on when you visit Mom and Dad for dinner on Sundays? Just doing what we can to help avoid everyone’s worst nightmare.
