The New Finding Dory Trailer Will Hit You in the Feels
When Finding Nemo first swam into our hearts 13 years ago, the world fell in love with the little clown fish, his dad and Dory, the forgetful-yet-loveable Yellowtail Tang voiced by none other than Ellen Degeneres. Disney is ready to take you along on another oceanic adventure with the new trailer for Finding Dory, and we gotta say, it’s absolutely perfect. The first trailer for the sweet blue fish gave us chills, but this extended trailer gets much more into Dory’s origins. Starting with a baby Dory (OMG that squee-worthy voice!) and then sweeping us along into her trek to track down her parents, Dory’s search for home will give you all of the feels.
Ellen gave an exclusive first peek at the extended trailer on her talk show yesterday. With fun new characters being introduced when Dory finds herself taken to a marine institute (that inky octopus is sure to be a fan fave), it doesn’t look like it’s going to be an easy search for our fishy friends. With Ellen DeGeneres back to bring beloved Dory to screens again, we can’t wait to see if our fave little fishy manages to find her family when the movie hits theaters on June 17. Seriously. Can’t. Wait.
