News broke back in January that Nicky Hilton Rothschild was with child, and yesterday, the heiress celebrated her babe’s impending birth with a beautiful shower fit for a princess.
At the soiree for what we now know will be a darling little girl (thanks, Aunty Paris!), the mama-to-be showed off her growing bump in a sweet lace off the shoulder dress that impressed even her famously stylish sibling.
“My sister is literally the most beautiful fashionable pregnant woman I’ve ever seen in my life!” Paris wrote. (She’s certainly in good company — check out her fellow (possibly!) pregnant starlet Blake Lively’s Cannes maternity style!)

Needless to say (they are the Hiltons, after all), the shower — held at Hotel Bel-Air — was an extravagant one. Mom Kathy lent a personal touch to the affair (“Mom’s vintage vase collection is stronggg,” Nicky wrote), which was awash in a sea of pink balloons, presents and flowers.
