The obviously brilliant and whimsical AF peeps over at Delish recently shared a recipe for a simple, straightforward (and seemingly easy to make) no-bake unicorn cheesecake, which we’re pretty sure you’re going to have to try.

Even the pics of the magical mixture of pastel-colored filling are drool-worthy. Surely as delicious as it is gorgeous, it’s quickly become a fave of the Instagram crowd.
