Olivia Wilde’s Latest Instagram Will Give You Major Home Decor Goals
As summer comes to an end, we’re starting to shift our attention to fall and all the cozy things the season includes – AKA pumpkin spice lattes and so many sweaters. As the weather starts to cool we’re also feeling the urge to make our home a little bit snugglier. If you’re looking to give your place an update or two (or a full-blown makeover) we suggest you take a hint from Olivia Wilde’s latest Instagram).
The new mom and actress recently snapped this adorable photo from The Tonight Show’s dressing room. Obviously the first thing we noticed was her adorable son, Otis watching his dad (Jason Sudeikis) up on the television. But after that, our jaws basically dropped in awe of the epic cabin-inspired styling of the room. There was Pendleton everywhere. While this look in its entirety may be a bit much for some, there are definitely certain elements you can take to give your home a woodsy update. Scroll on down for a few ways to copy the look.
1. 5th Avenue Glacier Park Throw ($150): If you’re looking for a quick way to get that distinct Pendleton vibe, grab this striped blanket to lay over your couch or the foot of your bed.
2. Laura Kicey Moonbeam Tapestry ($69): Whether your apartment is next to an open field or a dirty, urban alleyway you’ll never be able to tell the difference after hanging up this scenic tapestry.
3. Southwestern Wool Wine Rug ($302): If you don’t want to go too overboard, keep your decor’s color scheme pretty minimal and let this area rug do all the talking.
4. Iris Needlepoint Pillow ($32): Bring some of the outdoors inside with a fun, crosstich pillow. Score this one on Etsy or grab a kit to make your own.
5. Be Grand Print ($20): If that woodsy tapestry isn’t quite enough outdoor inspiration for you, hang this print up to remind yourself to always set your sights high.
