OMG: There’s Going to Be Another Stars Hollow Festival
Guys: It’s ALMOST HERE. In just 14 days, the Gilmore Girls reboot will be upon us, and we. Are. FREAKING. But as excited as we are to finally find out if these fan theories will prove accurate or how things end with Dean (since it won’t be happily ever after), Netflix just revealed that it’s got something even BIGGER up its sleeve: There’s going to be another real-live Stars Hollow festival that you can actually attend.
You might recall the original fan fest that happened at the IRL Stars Hollow back in October. Now dubbed “The Festival of Four Seasons,” this new event will be complete with all of Rory and Lorelei’s go-to spots, from Luke’s Coffee (served by Luke/Scott Gordon-Patterson himself: OMFG) to Kim’s Antiques, and will take place at UCLA’s Dickson Court in LA on November 19 & 20 from noon to 6pm.
Drinks from Miss Patty and Taylor’s Olde Fashioned Soda Shoppe will be flowing, the festive decor will be twinkling and there’s also the promise of bumping into a few actual Stars Hollow residents (no word on whether that’s the show’s version or the IRL version).
A word of advice? RSVP, and now ― it’s required to attend, and we’ve got a sneaking suspicion this fest will be at capacity faster than Rory and Lorelei can finish a sentence (read: warp speed).
Would you travel to attend the fest? Share @BritandCo!
