Is Paris Jackson Poised to Become the Next Gigi Hadid?
Fresh off her first Chanel photoshoot, Michael Jackson’s teenage daughter Paris Jackson made her Paris Fashion Week debut this past weekend. And she did it right: sitting front row at two major fashion shows, Dior Homme and Givenchy.
Jackson looked grungy and cool sitting at the Dior Homme Fall/Winter 2017-2018 show on Saturday. She wore a ‘J’aDior’ t-shirt from the brand with a chiffon skirt and a Diorama bag.
At Givenchy’s menswear Fall/Winter 2017-2018 show on Friday, the 18-year-old wore an “I Feel Love” Givenchy sweater paired with black leggings, combat boots and a mini Horizon bag from the brand.
After the show, she regrammed a photo of herself with the editor-in-chief of CR Fashion Book Carine Roitfeld from the CRFashionbook IG.
We feel like this may be a sign that Jackson has her eyes set on a full-fledged modeling career. After all, Kendall Jenner, Bella and Gigi Hadid and Kaia Gerber have all found successful modeling careers as the offspring of famous faces. Plus, sitting front row gave her an up close and personal view of Kendall and Bella, who walked in the Givenchy show. You know, for further inspiration.
Earlier in the week, Paris shot a campaign for Chanel in front of the Eiffel Tower. Which begs the question, is she the next supermodel born to a famous parent in the making? Time will tell! But we sure hope it’s a sign that she’s on her (run)way.
