Brie + Cranberry Nachos

Brie-Ingredients

Kick your nachos up a notch with melted brie and fruit. Your guests won’t know what hit ’em!

Ingredients:

– 4 cups LAY’S® Wavy Original Potato Chips

– 12 ounces brie, sliced

– 1 bartlett pear, sliced

– 1 cup dried cranberries

– honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange chips on an oven-safe plate. Top with slices of brie and pear. Sprinkle with cranberries. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

2. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons honey over the chips. Serve immediately.

Next, add the pears and the cranberries.

Pickles-Ingredients

Two words: Fried. Pickles. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Ingredients:

Fried Ranch Pickles

– 1 cup LAY’S® Wavy Ranch Potato Chips, crushed

– peanut oil

– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 2 cups sliced dill pickles

– ranch dressing

Instructions:

1. Heat 3-4 cups peanut oil in a large pot over medium heat until a thermometer registers 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and crushed chips.

2. Pat the pickles dry. Toss the pickles in the flour mixture to coat. Fry until golden brown, 1-2 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.

Dip-Ingredients – LAY’S® Wavy Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt Potato Chips

Spicy Sriracha Chip Dip

– 1/3 cup mayonnaise

– 1/4 cup sour cream

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon cumin

– 1 tablespoon Sriracha

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped

– carrots and celery, for dipping

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, Sriracha, lemon juice and scallions. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Serve with chips, carrots and celery.
