How to Make Easy, Last Minute Peeps Rice Krispies Eggs
Easter is TOMORROW and we couldn’t leave you hanging without one more sweet treat! We’re breaking out the Peeps to make Rice Krispies Eggs. First off, this is the easiest recipe ever. Second, it’s a great one to make with the kiddos! So what are you waiting for? Hop to it!

– 5 tablespoons butter– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 10 yellow Peeps
– 10 pink Peeps
– 10 blue Peeps
– 8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
– 4 cups white chocolate chips
– assorted sprinkles
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add Peeps. *Do not stir yet.* Add Rice Krispies to the mixture. Mix to combine.
2. Coat the inside of a plastic Easter egg with nonstick spray. Use the plastic egg to mold a Rice Krispies egg. Set aside to cool. Repeat until you’ve made all of the eggs.
3. Place the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave for 45-60 seconds, or until completely melted. Dip the eggs into the white chocolate and top with sprinkles. Enjoy!
