Announcing Our First Online Class: Intro to Photoshop + 3 DIY Projects
After an overwhelming number of you guys expressed interest in having us teach a Photoshop 101 class, we’re pumped to announce that it’s actually happening! So what are these projects? Good question.
1. Once you’ve mastered how to set type in Photoshop (we’ll address issues such as kearning, leading, etc), we’ll show you how to transfer that type to the analog world by creating a “Say Cheese” board (get it?) to use for all of your dinner party extravaganzas.
2. Instagram is all the rage (we know, we know), but there are better places for your photos than your phone’s camera roll. We’ll show you how to take them into the real world by showing you how to perfect your filtered photos then transfer them onto a canvas tote that you can sport each day.
3. To wrap up all of your skills, we’ve got a more complex project to end with: custom greeting cards! The fun of this one is not only creating the card design itself, but actually turning your handwriting into a digital font for even more customization.
