The Cheesy, Crunchy Goodness of Pizza Nachos Will Blow Your Mind
Pizza — how do we love thee? Whether you’re a pizza bowl or made with unusual toppings, you always know how to turn a day around. And even though you’re perfect just the way you are, we *sometimes* wish you had a little bit of a crunch. Solution? Add nachos! With a doughy crust and crunchy tortillas, this combo is going to blow your mind. Don’t believe us? Check out the full recipe below.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 2 Tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 tube pizza crust
- 1 jalapeño
- half bag of tortilla chips
Instructions:
1. Roll out dough on a nonstick cookie sheet.
2. Add a small amount of pizza sauce on the dough and lightly spread it around.
3. Place in the oven for seven minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. When the dough has cooked, take the pan out and turn on the broil to preheat.
5. Sprinkle tortillas all over the pizza.
6. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and cheese right on top.
7. Place in the broiler for a minute or two or until the cheese completely melts.
8. Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle sliced jalapeños on top.
9. Serve immediately.
