How to Make Easy, Cheesy Pizza Pull-Apart Bread
You guys. We’ve stumbled upon something great in the Brit + Co test kitchen. It’s the easiest, cheesiest, tastiest, breadiest concoction yet. It’s Pizza Pull-Apart Bread! All you need are four ingredients (more if you’re feeling fancy) and 20 minutes. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Ingredients:
- 1 round loaf of bread
- 8 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oregano (this is optional, but adds a nice touch)
- pepperoni (optional)
Start off by preheating your oven to 375 degrees F. Then, cut the bread widthwise and lengthwise, but not all the way through. Put it on a foil-lined baking sheet and spoon marinara in between the slices. Then, add in the cheese between the cuts. Top off with pepperoni if you have it.

Finally, melt the butter, add oregano, and brush the top of the bread with the oregano butter. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, unwrap the foil and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered, until the top is golden brown.
You can thank us later for meeting your new favorite comfort food. And this is definitely worth bookmarking for a post-Friday-night-dance-party Saturday morning… ;)
