It’s definitely been a whirlwind of a romance for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, from swoon-worthy first pics of the pair together to stealthy expressions of love, not to mention super rare public statements and an unforgettable first holiday together. And now, as the younger prince is reportedly very serious about his love, friends are predicting an engagement… SOON!
According to E!, a source close to the pair revealed, “Harry is truly in love.” And he’s not the only one, as the two are “very serious.” Because of that, the same source says that those around Harry and Meghan are expecting “an engagement announcement sometime this year.”
And that particular source wasn’t alone, with another peep in-the-know confirming, “Harry is more serious [about Meghan] then he ever has been about a woman before. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s already thinking about engagement just because that’s where his head goes.” Wowza!
Reports confirm that Harry has met Meghan’s father and in return, Meghan has been welcomed into the palace by various members of the royal family, including Prince William and Prince Charles. She’s also received approval from the Queen herself.
Perhaps we’ll be seeing another royal wedding sooner rather than later. Or, with Harry’s notoriously cheeky ways, perhaps the two will just run off and elope. Can you imagine?!
