This iPhone Case Gives You 200% Battery Life
Fact: Everyone’s biggest pet peeve about their phone is the battery life. Between Instagramming, snapping selfies and sending emojis, it’s no wonder we drain the power right out of ‘em. All of that is about to change, though. Introducing the Prong PWR case: A case-charger hybrid that you and your phone should become BFF with.
We’ve seen cases that save battery life before. There’s the Mophie, the InkCase+ — even bags that double as chargers, but the PWR is different. It’s the first case to have a plug built into it.
The PWR case has a detachable battery pack that charges on its own. Once you attach it to your iPhone, it instantly gives your device 100% more battery life. So basically, if you plug in the case with the phone attached, you’ll get 200% battery. We’re not joking here.
The PWR comes in four different colors — black, white, pink with white or blue with gray. It goes for $80 a pop (cheaper than most Mophies!), but you can pre-order it now for $65. Currently, it’s exclusively for iPhone 5 and 5s users, but the folks over at Prong hope to expand the market to other smartphones ASAP.
We don’t know about you, but anything that gives us more battery life to scroll our newsfeed, take pix and keep in touch with our friends and fam is a-okay in our book/Kindle.
