Pumpkin Brownie Waffles: A Dessert Ready In 5 Minutes

I’m not going to lie, I really wasn’t sure how these things would turn out, but this was one experiment that proved successful: quick, creative, and delicious – just the way I like it.

Ingredients:
- One can pumpkin pie mix (because pumpkin makes everything 10x more amazing)
- One store-bought brownie mix (because I’m cheap and it’s easy)
- 2 eggs to mix into said store-bought brownie mix
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
I won’t even make a section entitled ‘Directions’ because really, the directions are: mix ingredients together and pour into your waffle maker until done. (I did use a toothpick just to check and make sure they were fully done, which I recommend because waffle machines can be deceiving.)
Once finished, you can top with some ice cream and sprinkles. Another idea is to layer ice cream, frosting, or whipped cream into the middle of two waffles to make a waffle brownie sandwich.
