Show Off Your Pride Spirit With These Rainbow Mimosas
LGBTQ Pride month is here, and we couldn’t be more stoked to spend an entire month celebrating the culture and heritage of the LGBTQ community. B+C’s HQ being in San Francisco, we’re seeing Pride rainbows everywhere, giving us some killer inspiration to find creative ways to incorporate them in the festivities. For these mimosas, the ice cubes are made out of vibrantly hued juice and take your cocktail game to an entire new level. Essentially, they create a rainbow in your glass, perfect for your Pride celebrations!
Ingredients:
- Champagne
- cranberry juice
- orange juice
- strawberry lemonade
- lemonade
- blue lemonade
- purple and green food dye
Instructions:
To make the purple and green, I mixed food coloring with the lemonade.
Fill up the tray and place in freezer overnight.
Stack the ice cubes in your glasses.
**Pro Tip** Make sure you choose complementary colors that will melt nicely into each other. My first color combo was not so flattering.
