The Golden Globes will be a little *different* this year. Rather than showing off the latest trends in fashion, we’ll reportedly see Hollywood starlets (and men!) standing together in solidarity with victims of sexual harassment by donning all black. Thanks to Reese Witherspoon, it seems they’ll also be wearing one very poignant accessory, too.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the A Wrinkle in Time star has teamed up with designer Arianne Phillips to design a lapel pin in support of TIME’S UP, an initiative launched by Hollywood women to support victims of sexual harassment and abuse. More than 300 ladies in showbiz, including actresses, directors, and executives, are backing the initiative, aiming to raise $15 million to help support legal funds for those without means to take their cases to court.

The pin was created to draw attention to the initiative just in time for awards season. Witherspoon reportedly sought out Phillips, who is also a costume designer for film and concert tours, to help create the pin, and her team worked quickly to manufacture 500 to be worn at this weekend’s 75th annual Golden Globes.

As Phillips explained, “We were up against the holidays, but I said I could do it, and the first person I called was my partner-in-crime, [Los Angeles jewelry designer] Michael Schmidt.“ She added, “I met so many great women, and it was such an honor to be called to action”

Since launching on social media on January 1, TIME’S UP has nearly hit its initial goal of $15 million, with $14,898,309 million raised ($13 million of which comes from some of the most famous faces in entertainment) as of press time.

Bravo, ladies!
