This Eco Favorite Brand Is Launching a Nail Polish Line You’ll Love
Organic beauty, eco-friendly cult favorite beauty products, vegan — whichever way you want to describe it, the makeup industry has gone natural. That’s why when news broke that celebrity favorite RMS is mixing things up by adding their own nail polish line, we were beyond excited. Creator and makeup artist Rose-Marie Swift, who has worked with everyone from Allure to YSL’s Hedi Slimane, has a great thing going on with her cruelty-free and vegan makeup line, and we can’t wait to see what this new venture has in store for us.
Rose-Marie is a huge advocate against toxic chemicals in beauty products, and we’re really grateful for her attention to this — as well as her full line of products. Some of the new polishes mimic her bestselling face products, such as the Lip2Cheek pot and Living Luminizer, both of which are now available in nail lacquer form.
The 10 shades range from diabolique (a dark, moody and vampy mauve/black) to smile (a light, bright coral, also available in Lip2Cheek) to beloved (a classic real red). All polishes are paraben-free, petrochemical-free and devoid of formaldehyde and all other potentially harmful chemicals. Rose-Marie recommends swiping on a coat of her luminizer polish to recreate the same effect on your nails that her luminizer does for your face.
