How to Throw a Decadent Rose Gold And Black Halloween Party
This probably goes without saying, but Halloween parties have never stopped being awesome. Grocery stores start offering any type of food with orange dye, AKA those cupcakes with the super orange frosting that definitely graced all our Halloween party tables. As we enter the post-college phase of adulthood, it may be time to put down those orange cupcakes and add a little sophistication to our October 31 festivities.
Baileys Cocktails To-Go
Whether you’re the hostess making sure your guests are happy with a drink in their hands or a guest who wants to bring the hostess a thank-you gift, these Baileys cocktails are perfection. Naturally, we used Baileys Pumpkin Spice to keep the luxe fall theme going and because who doesn’t like pumpkin spice?

Decorate your bottle to give the cocktail an extra fancy touch. I tied a gold pipe cleaner and black sequin ribbon around the top, but feel free to experiment with adding labels, stickers or even drawing directly on the bottle.
You will win at all the parties with these bad boys.
Pumpkin Spice Baileys-Infused Chocolate Truffles
You’ll be amazed by how easy these truffles are to make. All it takes is chocolate, cream, butter and Baileys.
Truffle Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Baileys Pumpkin Spice
- 12-ounce bag of dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ½ cup plus 1 Tablespoon heavy cream
Ganache Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Melt the heavy cream and butter together in a saucepan.
- Once the mixture begins to boil, pour over the chocolate chips and let it sit for two minutes.
- Mix the chocolate and the cream until all the chocolate is melted. Mix in Baileys. Pop mixture into the refrigerator for about three hours or until hardened.
- While the chocolate hardens, make the ganache by heating up one cup of heavy cream in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then pour in one cup chocolate chips. Stir until all the chocolate is melted.
- When chocolate is hardened, scoop out chocolate with a melon baller and roll scoops into balls with your hands.
- Dip the balls into ganache with a fork. Drizzle with white chocolate and top with sprinkles if desired.

Oh my ganache!
Roll some truffles in cocoa powder in addition to the ganache truffles to add some variety. Bonbons galore!
How to Style Your Bar Cart
As you can probably tell by now, we definitely stuck with a color story. Orange and black are Halloween’s natural colors, but to class our party up a bit, we decided to go with rose gold and black. To dress the bar cart, I spray painted some mini pumpkins rose gold and black and used black wood trays for the truffles to sit on. I had a hard time finding a rose gold bar cart, so I found a dusty gold cart and spray painted it to match our color scheme.
Don’t forget your metallic bar accessories and straws :)
If this party doesn’t say adulting, I don’t know what does.
Party time!
Baileys Pumpkin Spice and everything nice.
