Musician Ryan Lewis Just Revealed the Details Behind His Christmas Proposal
Just when you thought you made it past the endless holiday engagement news (like Louise Roe’s Aspen proposal) we’re about to hit you with one more. This one comes from Ryan Lewis (AKA the other half of Macklemore). The DJ, music producer and film director recently took to Instagram to share the super sweet way he proposed to his longtime girlfriend Jackie Ganger over Christmas.
Yesterday Ryan posted a few photos of the day alongside the caption, “Right before Christmas, I took Jackie to the coffee shop where we first met, when we were 15 years old in high school, took a knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with me. She said yes! So excited to share with ya’ll that we are engaged! Wanted to get the photos back before sharing with the world. Shouts to @jkoephoto and @jennykoekoe for the convert roof top photo sniping. Love you all!!!!”
Jackie also shared the photo and story on her Instagram adding that she was under the impression that the two were going to do some Christmas shopping together when Ryan took her to the coffee shop and gifted her the ultimate Christmas present. Congrats to the happy couple!
