Salma Hayek Just Proved She’s the Best House Guest Ever by Taking Over Kitchen Duties for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds
Salma Hayek is a pretty good friend: Just ask Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. The 50-year-old recently paid a visit to the home of the celebrity parents, but rather than being entertained as their guest, she wound up taking over their kitchen!
In a snap posted to Instagram, the Drunk Parents star can be seen stirring up something delicious while holding a babe (is that little Ines we spy!?) as Reynolds cheers her on in the background.
“When your friends invite you over for dinner and you end up doing all the work,” she joked.
Perhaps it was for the best — as the Deadpool 2 actor told Men’s Health earlier this month, he’s not exactly the world’s greatest cook — far from it, in fact. “If I cook, you’ll have a structure fire. The fireman will knock down our door, take my wife away, and give her a better life.” Sheesh! Sounds serious!
Though Lively on the other hand, is quite the chef, according to the 40-year-old (“My wife is very good at cooking,” he assured Vanity Fair), she was clearly happy to let the Mexican-American star take the reigns this time around.
As you may recall, Hayek and Lively became the squad we never knew we needed around April of last year, when the former took to social media to show off the chocolate marshmallow pizza she was enjoying with Lively, her sister Robyn, and several other gal pals. “Having a Lively time,” she wrote in the caption.
