Ah, young love. Just days after making their budding relationship Instagram official, Selena Gomez and The Weeknd took their ship next level, jetting off to Florence, Italy for a day date of OMG-cute proportions.
After dining at Trattoria Borgo Antico, the adorable duo took in some art together, all the while linking arms, cuddling up and gazing into one another’s eyes. Just LOOK at this adorableness!

Several nights earlier, the couple ventured out on a group date in LA with French Montona and Jaden Smith, where, according to E!, “Selena looked so happy and Abel (The Weeknd’s given name) was very chill, very relaxed… Selena seems very at ease with him and you can see the stars in her eyes. They are clearly smitten!” an insider for the outlet said.
We must say, despite the drams that’s been brewing with The Weeknd’s ex, Bella Hadid, we’re happy for Selena, particularly following the many public struggles she went through with her own ex, Justin Bieber (who also had some thoughts on the new couple’s relationship, or at the very least, her new man’s music).
