We’ll admit; we’ve been a little skeptical of the mismatched shoe trend celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Naomie Harris have been testing out lately. But Selena Gomez just stepped out in a pair so outrageous that we can’t help but be obsessed.
Gomez rocked a look straight off the Jacquemus spring 2018 runway at the InStyle Awards this week, pairing her strappy, short LBD with a pair of the brand’s structural nude sandals. We love that she made the runway look her own, adding statement earrings and rings and keeping her hair in a sleek low bun. But seriously, we can’t stop staring at those shoes.
The heels on each of Gomez’s sandals are the standouts, with one heel as a yellow ball, and the other looking like brown building blocks. Pairing these architectural shoes with a classic LBD is why the 25-year-old consistently nails it when it comes to fashion.
