Selena Gomez Just Debuted a Totally Different Look at NYFW
In addition to all the killer new clothing collections and unexpected accessories we’ve seen come out of New York Fashion Week, we’ve also seen plenty of hair change-ups, with Hollywood A-Listers taking their moment in the front row spotlight to debut new bangs. Both Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Sarah Jessica Parker jumped on the fringe bandwagon earlier this week, and now Selena Gomez is doing the same.
The “Wolves” singer attended the Coach show looking like a whole new woman. In place of the shoulder-length brunette locks she’s been sporting as of late, the 25-year-old’s tresses were *significantly* longer, coming down to near-waist. (Just a wild guess here, but we’re assuming that’s the work of some GREAT extensions.)
Additionally, the previously-platinum star also debuted a fresh set of wispy, brow-grazing bangs. These babies aren’t your middle schooler’s variety, though; No, these are much edgier, thanks to a jagged, piece-y cut that gradually became longer on the sides, grazing her cheek at the longest point.
This isn’t the first time the brunette beauty has forayed into fringe territory: back in 2008, The Voyage of Dr. Doolittleactress sported a heavier, blunter bang, and just this past summer, she played around with a side-swept look in both her natural dark hue and in a rainbow version.
We, for one, are loving the latest reincarnation of the style — looking good, Sel!
