Selena Gomez Now Has Sideswept Bangs and They’re Gorgeous
It’s all happening for Selena Gomez: In the past week alone, the “Fetish” singer turned 25 and dropped a new single, and now, thanks to hairstylist Marissa Marino, she’s got a new set of sideswept bangs that are sure to be the next big hair trend.
The hair guru shared a shot of her uber-hot client out and about in LA in a gorgeous beaded Jenny Packham gown that she wore to join her pals for dinner. Still, it was her hair that had our full attention, as the crooner, who’s been sporting a shoulder-length lob as of late, appeared to have brand new side-swept bangs. “Guess who wanted bangs again?” Marino captioned the pic. Which means, these are in fact the real deal: No faux chop here!
The change-up comes just days after Marino posted a throwback post to Gomez’s wispy fringe transformation from back in the day, which makes us wonder if Gomez saw the post of herself and had pangs of nostalgia. But if you can’t commit to a fringe, sideswept styles like the “Bad Liar” singer’s are a painless (and easy-to-grow-out) way to try on the trend.
Summer bangs are clearly back in full force with a slew of celebs recently debuting the hair choice — Sofia Vergara and Kaia Gerber, to name a few. With Gomez sporting the style, you can bet this bangin’ look is back from the fringe (LOLOL).
