Get a Tour of Serena Williams’ New Beverly Hills Mansion
Serena Williams moves fast on the tennis court and, apparently, when it comes to making real estate decisions too. She recently listed her Bel Air mansion for $12 million, and she’s wasted no time purchasing a $6.7 million, five-bedroom, seven-bath home in the ultra-private gated community of Summit in Beverly Hills. Take a peek inside her new abode, then head over to Trulia for the full tour.
The bright and airy master bedroom features a cozy fireplace, because — believe it or not — it does get chilly in LA. On the other 364 days that it isn’t cold, open those double doors and you’ll find a balcony that’s pretty much the ideal place to sip your morning coffee while taking in scenic views of Beverly Hills.
The kitchen is meant for cooking, with a huge marble island that provides plenty of space for prepping and hanging out. And this wouldn’t be California living if there weren’t doors opening out onto a sprawling veranda where outdoor dining and wine sipping is sure to occur. (This house comes with a wine cellar, after all!)
Speaking of that “California living,” the backyard includes a Baja pool and a built-in BBQ grill for entertaining friends and family. Though this home surprisingly doesn’t come with a tennis court, there is plenty of room for a ping pong table. We’re pretty sure Serena knows how to handle a paddle.
