Simone Biles Admits She’s Only Ever Been on One Date
Simone Biles may be having one of the best years of her life, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect. Sure, she’s won gold at the Olympics, been in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, and starred on Dancing With the Stars. She even got her first ever tattoo. To say the last 12 months have been amazing for the athlete would probably be an understatement. But there’s one thing that has been lacking in the gymnast’s life: The gold medalist admits that she’s only ever been on one date in her life.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Simone admitted she’s never had a boyfriend and only been on one date in her life… and the date was just okay. While that might seem not-so-great, we think it’s pretty awesome that Simone isn’t worried about being single. In fact, she seems pretty matter-of-fact about the whole thing.
It doesn’t hurt that the DWTS contestant is super busy. Between the show, her promo tour for brand Hugo Boss, and just living her 20-something life, it is probably hard for her to find time to go on dates. Maybe that mystery man of her one date will re-appear in the future. In the meantime, Simone will keep killing it no matter what she does.
