Simone Biles Got Her Very First Tattoo and It Couldn’t Be More Perfect
Simone Biles certainly brought plenty of joy to 2016, and while it may feel like we could practically be besties with the 20-year-old Olympian at this point, there may still be a few things you don’t know about the wildly inspiring Biles. That includes the fact that she previously had no body art. But that’s just changed, as the multiple-medal-winner just got her very first tattoo, and it couldn’t be more perfect.
Making a date of the sitch with bae, singer-songwriter Jake Miller, the pair both took a turn in the chair as Miller got a totally suitable music-related tattoo and Simone… well, she couldn’t have picked anything more significant if she tried.
Showing off her new ink, simple black Olympic rings on her forearm, Biles shared a series of pics on Instagram with the message, “first tat 😇 never too late to get the rings tatted 🤙🏾 thanks for taking me neighbor ☺️ @jakemiller.”
Miller also shared a pic of the pair, saying, “Took @simonebiles to get her first tattoo last night 🙈 I think she was more nervous than she was at the olympics lol.” Though that’s absolutely adorable, it’s also totally understandable since this was a brand new experience for Biles, and when it comes to competing, there’s no doubt that she knows exactly what’s up. Seriously, she has the medals to prove it.
