TOMS has always held a special place in our closets, thanks to their downright adorable and — more importantly — do-good designs. In the past, the one-for-one brand has teamed up with some of our favorite retailers (including & Other Stories) for limited edition launches, and we’re thrilled to report that the shoe vendor has paired with yet another label for a summery collection just in time for warm weather!
This time, TOMS has tapped Clare V., an LA-based brand known for fusing French flare and Cali chill into handbags, jewelry, and other accessories. The aforementioned collab features eight distinct shoe styles, from canvas sneakers to suede slide-ons. Prices range from $60 to $108, and in true TOMS fashion, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Downtown Women’s Center, a nonprofit organization which helps formerly homeless women get back on their feet. (If that’s not a reason to shell out a little more on some sneaks, we’re not sure what is.)
“The reason why I’m so excited about this partnership is threefold,” Clare Vivier, founder of her eponymous line, said in a statement, “It’s shoes, a category I’ve never done before; TOMS is a fellow LA-based brand, who are not just friends of ours but adding to the city’s creative landscape; and because of TOMS’ commitment to giving back with each and every pair, which is a driving mission of both brands.”
