This Week’s Stories

You know we love it when we can combine our favorite decadent sweets into one amazing treat. Our first foray into this category was our Oreo and Chocolate Chip Cookie Mash-Up. Now we’ve got another doozy for you, this time it’s our favorite ice cream bar (Snickers, of course) combined with our favorite baked treat, the brownie. We think these Snickers Ice Cream Brownie Bites would go well with all of our other Superbowl snacks.

You know we love it when we can combine our favorite decadent sweets into one amazing treat. Our first foray into this category was our Oreo and Chocolate Chip Cookie Mash-Up. Now we’ve got another doozie for you, this time it’s our favorite ice cream bar (Snickers, of course) combined with our favorite baked treat, the brownie. We think these Snickers Ice Cream Brownie Bites would go well with all of our other Super Bowl snacks.

Ingredients:

– Brownies or brownie bites

– Unsalted peanuts

– Vanilla ice cream with caramel

– Chocolate Magic Shell

Tools:

Wilton Bite-Size Brownie Mold, muffin pan, or loaf pan

Round up your ingredients. Luckily, there are only 4 (plus Snickers, for garnish)

Mmmmm…brownies.

For this recipe, you can really use almost any type of pan your heart desires. You can make a Snickers Ice Cream Brownie Cake using a loaf pan or cupcakes by using a muffin pan. We had this handy dandy Wilton brownie mold on hand, so we decided to play with that.

Time to get started! First, press the brownies into the bottom of the pan.

Top with some peanuts (you can add caramel, too).

Cover with the vanilla and caramel swirled ice cream. Place in the freezer until firm.

Unmold the bites. Place in the freezer again if you feel they’re about to have a wicked witch of the west moment.

Drizzle in Chocolate Magic Shell.

Serve ’em quick before they melt! We hope you and your guests enjoy these bite-sized sweets.
