Sofia Richie Proves Diamonds *Are* a Girl’s Best Friend With Her Style Homage to Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe has had many, many imitators over the years, including top models such as Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner, but none have pulled her look off quite so well as Sofia Richie did last night.
The 19-year-old model showed up to the reopening of the Bulgari flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York looking like she stepped straight off the set of Gentlemen Prefer Blondes while dripping with Bulgari diamonds in a gorgeous pink strapless column gown.
Missing only the arm-length gloves, Scott Disick’s girlfriend was a vision in her glamorous garb, pairing her Marilyn-esque look with satin Aquazzura heels, diamond earrings, a silver clutch, and the jewelry company’s Serpenti necklace and bracelet.
She swept her blonde locks back in a classy, sideswept updo.
The model attended the event straight from returning from a trip to Rome with her beau, where they took in the sights and packed on the PDA.
Though he didn’t attend the event with her, he DID appear to be rather smitten with her look, showing off his new lady in his Instagram stories.
Looks like diamonds really ARE a girl’s best friend after all!
