Spencer Pratt Covered Taylor Swift’s New Single and It’s Actually Kind of Perfect
Looks like former Hills star Spencer Pratt is *really* into Taylor Swift’s new single, “Look What You Made Me Do” as much as everyone else. The reality star took time this weekend to edit a series of Snapchats into his own three minute and 35-second version of Swift’s already iconic video.
This video has everything. Pratt drinking tea, living his best soup life, misting himself with what we can only guess is Evian water spray, and even sitting on a motorcycle but not actually riding it. He’s also seen dancing in trees, feeding hummingbirds, and of course, showing himself dancing in front of his intense crystal collection. All the while, playing with Snapchat filters.
He even flawlessly lip-syncs “I don’t trust nobody/nobody trusts me,” while hanging out with his dogs overlooking the ocean. This is peak Pratt.
While it might come as a surprise to non-Speidi fans that Pratt loves LWYMMD, Swift’s feud-feeding new single seems like a perfect fit for the former reality TV villain. In a recent interview with The New Yorker, Pratt noted that as TV viewers and pop culture junkies, we all seem to be hooked on drama. Being at the center of drama was a major part of the roles he and wife Heidi Montag (now Pratt) played while on MTV reality show, TheHills.
“To make a show, you need drama,” he said at the time, explaining why he and Montag decided to play it the way they did while on TheHills, and a song like LWYMMD is the *chefs kiss* of dramatic pop music.
