This Star Wars-Themed Wedding Is Nerdy in the Prettiest Way Possible
When you’re finally marrying your soulmate, your wedding should be a reflection of your personalities and shared interests. After all, if you can’t totally nerd out at your own wedding, then when can you? We’ve seen a camp-themed wedding, animal-inspired weddings and even an entire wedding modeled after The Little Mermaid, but this couple took their Star Wars nuptials to cosmic levels.
Complete with their own personal Stormtroopers, Jennifer Landa and Joshua Busch’s wedding incorporated Star Wars details throughout the ceremony and reception, while keeping the whole affair classy and romantic.
The bride’s ensemble included a Stormtrooper-encrusted sash for that all-important “something blue.” And if you ask us, that bling is pretty ballin’. Where can we get one?
While the groomsmen’s boutonnieres don’t scream Star Wars, we’re suckers for succulent wedding accents, so we had to include a photo of one of the wedding’s many classy touches.
Even the wedding cake featured some of our favorite Star Wars iconography, but with everything frosted in elegant white, the effect is a subtle, sweet nod to the bride and groom’s personalities.
Okay, now how cute are these two Princess Leia flower girls? Their Tatooine-inspired belts and iconic buns are just too adorable.
The night ended with lightsabers (of course) on the dance floor, and the bride’s father even showed up for his dance dressed like Darth Vader. If that’s not love, we don’t know what is.
