Starbucks Releases ANOTHER Millennial Pink Frapp for Us to Swoon Over
While it’s definitely true that Starbucks gives us plenty of Instagram-worthy drink creations, from the Unicorn Frappuccino to the customizable holiday cup of 2017, it actually seems like the company saves some of its most unique ideas for coffee lovers overseas. We are understandably so excited to see news of Starbucks’ gorgeous new Strawberry Honey Blossom Crème Frappuccino, but the bad news is this millennial pink drink is only available in Thailand and Hong Kong, at least at the moment.
In perhaps the most beautiful way to welcome in the early days of spring, the Strawberry Honey Blossom Crème Frappuccino is “inspired by the gorgeous pastel pink color of cherry blossom petals,” Starbucks said in the press release. The fruity and floral mix is made with a vanilla and strawberry crème base, which doesn’t sound too unusual, but then it’s “swirled with freeze-dried strawberry and [a] crunchy pink rice puff” and given a layer of honey-flavored whipped cream on top and bottom, for extra sweetness all over.

It seems like Starbucks saves some of its most colorful creations for its global markets (like the recent Peach Blossom Green Tea Latte in China, the Pink Medley Tea Latte and Sakura Blossom Beverages in Japan, and the Color-Changing Cold Brew throughout Asia). All hope is not entirely lost. We’re officially sending Starbucks a message: PLEASE give us the gift of the Strawberry Honey Blossom Crème Frappuccino. Our Instagram feeds (and our hearts!) are ready for it!
